Fusion People are working with a custom home builder who are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will include:

  • Managing new enquiries and nurturing client relationships from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Conducting design consultations and helping clients select the right home solutions
  • Working closely with our design and construction teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

About You 

  • Proven experience in new home or custom home sales, or a similar consultative sales role in property or construction
  • A strong understanding of residential building processes, custom design, and client liaison
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on delivering results and client satisfaction
  • Availability to work weekends (with rostered days off during the week)
