
Front-of-House Admin – Martin

We're growing and on the lookout for a confident, organised and down-to-earth front-of-house admin legend to keep our team of sparkies running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and tradies — answering calls, scheduling jobs through ServiceM8 and supporting our ops with quoting and customer service.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Clock on at 7am and hit the ground running
- Answer calls, book jobs, follow up quotes
- Manage schedules for 3–4 vans using ServiceM8
- Be the friendly, helpful voice clients remember
- Support the team with admin tasks and updates
- Clock off at 3:30pm and enjoy your arvo
We're Looking For
- Someone upbeat and reliable who wants to be part of a solid team
- Confident on the phone and quick to build rapport
- Experienced with ServiceM8 (or a fast learner)
- Background in electrical admin, quoting or scheduling is a massive plus
- Someone who takes initiative and gets stuff done
