Job Description

As a Reception & Admin Assistant, you'll help keep the office running smoothly and support your team with everyday tasks. Your role will include:

  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk duties
  • Checking and replying to emails to help with daily operations
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Helping the team with general support and answering questions
  • Making sure documents are checked before being sent to clients
  • Learning how to use business systems like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and D365
  • Document formatting using Microsoft Office for bids, proposals, and other professional materials.
  • Preparing and submitting expense claims
  • Keeping the kitchen and breakout area clean, tidy, and stocked

Qualifications

  • Basic experience using Microsoft Word. You'll use it often to format documents
  • Willingness to learn tools like SharePoint, Teams, and D365 (training provided)
  • Strong organisational skills,able to manage tasks and keep things on track
  • A positive, proactive attitude, happy to help and take initiative
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Friendly and professional when working with others
  • Great attention to detail
  • Reliable, approachable, and eager to grow in a supportive team
