Service Admin Coordinator – FIFO or Residential in Newman

Ulti-Mech is growing in Newman, and we're looking for someone to support our front-of-house team as a Service Admin Coordinator.

You'll be FIFO on a 3:1 roster, or residential (preferred). This is a great fit for someone with admin or customer service experience who's ready to step into the automotive world and help keep a busy, well-run workshop running smooth.

You'll work alongside experienced Service Advisors and gain the skills to grow—without being thrown in the deep end.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting bookings, job cards and invoicing
  • Following up with customers and updating schedules
  • Assisting with quoting and parts ordering
  • Keeping workshop records tidy and systems up to date
  • Pitching in where needed to keep the front desk running clean
What You'll Need
  • FIFO on a 3:1 or residential in Newman (preferred)
  • 2+ years experience in admin, reception or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Calm, confident communicator who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a bonus, not a must
