What We're Looking For

Someone who:

  • Can keep their cool under pressure, even with a busy switchboard (and the odd grumpy caller)
  • Is organised, proactive and loves ticking off a to-do list
  • Knows reception/admin OR is keen to jump in and learn fast
  • Believes in great customer service and looking after people
  • Will fit right into our team banter, morning teas and "occasional" lunches

What You'll Actually Do

(aka what your mum will tell her friends you do, but with fewer acronyms):

  • Be the first friendly voice clients hear on the phone.
  • Help people with their queries (big and small).
  • Issue keys, organise access, and keep things moving behind the scenes.
  • Support with our busy admin inboxes and associated tasks
  • Basically, be the glue that keeps our Perth office running smoothly
