Our opportunity
The ideal person for this position would be well-organised and friendly, enjoy interacting with people and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, be reliable and self-motivated with an excellent phone manner and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and their families to the practice
- Arranging appointments in a professional and effective manner
- Managing the appointment book and recall system
- Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
- All administration responsibilities for the practice including writing correspondence
Essential Skills & Experience
- Possess excellent client service skills, communication skills and front desk manner
- Strong work ethic and commitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Competent in computer skills
- Effective team player
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Close attention to detail.
