About the Opportunity

As our Fleet Transport Officer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our vehicle fleet operates safely and efficiently, directly supporting our clients' access to services and community participation. This permanent full-time position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to our mission while developing your career in fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle scheduling and maintenance coordination
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
  • Coordinate driver training and certification programs
  • Monitor fleet performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Support procurement activities for fleet requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record
  • Commitment to supporting people with disability

Desirable

  • Experience in disability transport services and equipment
  • Training and coaching experience
  • Disability Support Worker or experience
