About the Role:As a Senior Fleet Controller, you'll be at the centre of our fleet operations, ensuring equipment and personnel are deployed safely, efficiently, and in line with client expectations. This is a dynamic leadership role where your decisions directly impact project success.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Fleet Controller, you'll be the operational anchor of our Kwinana Depot. Your role will be fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative—perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and making things happen.
You will:
- Lead daily fleet operations by managing bookings, dispatching equipment, and allocating skilled operators to meet client needs.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Workshop Manager to ensure all plant and equipment are serviced on time and ready for deployment.
- Liaise with clients to confirm job details, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage documentation and compliance, including crane paperwork, purchase orders, job numbers, and billing dockets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with QA/QC and safety standards.
- Action workforce planning by collaborating with HR and Recruitment to ensure operator qualifications, inductions, and availability are up to date.
- Oversee cost control and reporting, including timesheet reconciliation, cross-hire approvals, and discrepancy resolution.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying lost opportunities, streamlining processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and operations remain uninterrupted.
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment, adhering to PPE requirements and promoting a culture of accountability and care.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or logistics, ideally with cranes or heavy machinery.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with solid admin and systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.
