Prensa is a national risk management consultancy firm which services clients throughout Australia. We specialise in providing occupational health and safety, environmental management and property risk advice to our clients.

Your responsibilities - will be to take over from our other receptionist with the following tasks:
· Answering, screening and distributing all incoming calls;
· Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers and visitors;
· Organising emails, couriers, stationary and office supplies;
· Data entry and database management, updating meeting minutes.
· Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and formatting documents;
· Help with Travel arrangements;
· Booking training rooms and ordering catering; and
· Helping organise company events.
We would love you to:
· Have a sound level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Microsoft Teams);
· Demonstrate strong communicative skills, in both verbal and written English;
· Possess excellent planning and organisational skills, and
· Team player, reliable and above all a present and proactive customer-service mindset.
