Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria
Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office.

Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goals
  • Presenting detailed information around property investment principles
  • Creating and implementing a tailored investment strategy
  • Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Presenting property investment options and completing contracts
  • Working with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; and
  • Provide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industry
  • A general understating of property investment principles.
  • Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
  • The ability to work flexible hours
  • Finance knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
