You will be working with a group of highly successful and experienced commercial agents as well as analysts and senior administration and marketing professionals. We are experts in the marketing and sale of retail property, premium investments and development sites, employing over 60 staff across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
Our clients include high net worth private investors, developers and syndicators together with large ASX listed companies.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and driven Analyst to join our national retail investments business.
As an analyst and marketing professional, you will be responsible for supporting both the financial analysis and marketing strategy of the investments. This role involves evaluating potential properties, conducting market research, developing financial models, and assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns to promote properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic asset positioning of investments including marketing strategy
- Analysing and maintaining transaction database
- Analysing sales and leasing transactions
- Understanding and researching submarkets within the investment markets
- Preparation and assessment of financials
- Preparation of submissions, presentations, marketing materials, information memorandums, press advertisements, database emails, marketing updates and website listings
- Building and maintaining relationships with property professionals locally and nationally
- Market research into key areas such as demographics, news media and other macro-economic factors that influence the property sector
- Analytics and general assistance to Partners and sales agents
- Contribute to the national analyst team
Requirements of You
- General understanding of, and passion for, property
- Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills
- Excellent written skills
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Team player to fit in with our collaborative business structure
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communicator
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated and eager to develop your career
Skills and Experience
- Property related university degree (Business related degree would also be considered)
- Valuation experience preferred, but not essential
