As the Operations & Client Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and trades, handling everything from scheduling and job bookings through to invoicing and client coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage job bookings and scheduling through ServiceM8, ensuring efficient allocation of work and clear communication with field staff.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as invoicing, answering phones, and managing email correspondence.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, property managers, and business clients to coordinate maintenance work and build positive relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of jobs, schedules, and client details.
  • Support the operations team with daily coordination and ensure all jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

About you

We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a great attitude, and a genuine passion for teamwork. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination (trade or service industry experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using job management systems (experience with ServiceM8 is a plus).
  • A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
