**About Us**
As one of the leading family healthcare clinics in Tarneit, we are committed to providing comprehensive, quality medical services in an efficient and caring environment, focused on meeting the needs of our patients from our surrounding community. In addition to our General Practitioner services, we provide a range of Allied Health services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, and occupational therapy.
**The Role**
This opportunity is now available for a qualified and experienced NDIS Recruitment Consultant to assist us in recruiting Allied Health Professionals for our well-established, mixed billing practice in Tarneit on a part-time basis. Working at least 20 hours per week across 3 days, you can work in a hybrid role, completing some administration from home if you wish.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
1. Build rapport with external support coordinators to attract more clients to our clinic.
2. Network and build relationships across relevant community groups, migration agencies and allied health industry bodies to generate business development initiatives for our practice, such as recruiting new allied health professionals.
4. Support business development initiatives to strategically grow our practice (e.g. building relationships with support coordinators)
While simultaneously sourcing, attracting, and recruiting allied health professionals, you will also focus on forging strong relationships with a range of support coordinators to attract new patients to our clinic while maintaining excellent customer service to support the strategic growth of our business.

**Qualifications and Experience**
**To succeed in this role, you must possess the following**:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience recruiting for allied health and/or medical roles.
- Minimum of 2+ years of employment with an NDIS service provider.
- A relevant qualification, such as human resource management, is desirable. However, your values, personality and drive are more important to us
**Application**
- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- We may also require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
