About us:
Flourish Holistic Services Pty Ltd, a provider of Allied Health Services for individuals enrolled in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and referred to us by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkSafe, and Workcover.

We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our innovative team and drive technological solutions that propel our business forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop individualised behaviour support plans.
- Implement evidence-based strategies to address challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes for clients.
- Provide training and support to clients, their families, and support workers to ensure effective implementation of behaviour support plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and support coordinators, to deliver holistic support services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements and organisational policies.
- Creating comprehensive Behaviour support plan according to participants needs.
- Writing comprehensive report and submitting on provider portal to NDIS commission.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Certification as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
- APHRA registration compulsory
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disability, particularly within the NDIS framework.
- Strong understanding of behaviour support principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Current driver's license and access to own vehicle (preferred).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check

**Salary Package**:

- $40 - $45 per hour

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
