Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the
**General Manager** is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the
**107**
**-bed Residential Aged Care facility that offers Senior Living, Home Care and Residential Aged Care **in the beautiful country town of Colac.

Our client is seeking an experienced individual with an extensive background in Aged Care, to lead and coordinate the professional management staff to support the livelihood of its wonderful residents.

**Your duties will include**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of a 107-bed aged care facility in Colac
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Managing the three departments in the Aged Care facility; Seniors Living, Home Care and Residential Aged Care
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Colac, VIC

A crucial part of the role also includes non-clinical duties such as financial, compliance and admissions management to provide maintenance and continuous improvements within the Aged Care facility.

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration - desired
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- **Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team**
