Clinical Manager

Flourish Holistic Services is looking for an experienced and exceptional community Clinical Manager on a **Full-Time** basis to join our team at **20 Camphora street Tarneit** **3029** Reporting to the **Director and Office Manager.**

- Permanent Full-time position available
- NDIS provider covering allied health services, support coordination and plan management etc.
- As a quality Service Manager, you will effectively manage and lead a team of carers and support workers by demonstrating our core values.
- Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our practitioners and clients.
- You will have to train the new practitioners/carers joining the team.
- You will visit the clients for initial intakes.
- Tracking if carers are accomplishing the KPI’s.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist or Psychologist.
- Previous Clinical Management experience in a NDIS and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture is essential.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) essential
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centered care and ability to work well in a team environment.
