Flourish Holistic Services is looking for an exceptional **Human Resource Administrator** to join our team at **20 Camphora street Tarneit** **3029** Reporting to the Officer Manager and Senior Director**.**

Since its conception, it has grown to include Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, and Psychology services, who all work as a team to provide the most comprehensive service to our participants. **The Role**

We need to recruit, support, and retain a high performing and highly engaged workforce who want to be a part of our journey. As a true HR generalist, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting our team with the administration and coordination of human resources functions across the employment life cycle.
Due to business growth, we require an experienced HR Administrator to provide administrative support across a range of HR functions within the employment lifecycle including, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records, onboarding guides, HR policies), updating internal databases, recruitment processes, assisting with the induction process and keeping up to date with employment law changes.
The key to your success will be your hands on approach, your can-do attitude, and your demonstrated understanding of HR processes across the employment life cycle.

This is a busy and diverse role. Exemplary time management, planning and prioritisations skills are required to ensure the successful coordination of operational HR processes for a very small team at Flourish Holistic Services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist across the recruitment and selection process by preparing job descriptions, job advertisements, short listing, conducting interviews, communicating with applicants, conducting reference checks, and organising compliance documents.
- Assist in the with the delivery of onboarding and induction tasks and activities.
- Respond to HR related enquires.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and compliant, using our paperless Human Resources Information System.
- Keep up to date with Fair Work, NES and Modern award structures, interpret changes and implications for the organization.
- Encourage and facilitate a culture which celebrates and recognizes achievement.
- Establish and maintain, strong, trusted, and open relationships at all areas of the business.
- Strive for and promote a workplace culture that radiates positivity, happiness and in which employees feel empowered, motivated, and fulfilled to achieve their best potential.
- Work in collaboration with the office Manager and Managing Director to talk through operational HR matters.
- Conduct PDS monthly.
**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate.**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Demonstrated atleast 1 year experience as an HR Administrator or Coordinator
- Be a true HR generalist, with a can-do attitude and a natural people person.
- End to end recruitment and selection skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal or written and the ability to change your style of communication depending on your audience.
- The competence to create useful HR resources and tools to support the management team and their team members.
- Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and as a supportive, collaborative, and contributing team player.
- Your passion, energy, and love for working with people to achieve the best.
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
This role is likely to suit someone who is seeking a flexible working arrangement and is open to standard hours varying between 15-30 hours per week. We are predominantly a work from the office environment. We are open to either a permanent part-time employment contract or a contractor arrangement.
