Job Opportunity: Office Admin & Sales Role (Job Share or Full-Time) - Storage Facility

Location: Molendinar

Start Date: ASAP

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a dynamic Office Admin & Sales professional to join our team.

8am-5pm

Must be available Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, providing information about our storage options and services.
  • Sales & Up-Selling: Drive sales by promoting additional services and upgrades to customers.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle customer inquiries, process contracts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing stock levels of packing materials and supplies.
  • General Office Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry,and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
