What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the Noosa Hinterland and Sunshine Coast region
  • Manage your listings with full admin and marketing support
  • Make the most of our two offices in

Pomona and Cooroy

— work between both to maximise your exposure and connections
- Leverage

Raine & Horne's national network

and powerful digital platforms, including

Amplify
- Work autonomously while being part of a genuinely supportive team that celebrates your wins

About You

  • Hold a current

Real Estate Registration Certificate

(full licence not required)
- Have proven experience in residential sales
- A confident communicator and skilled negotiator who genuinely cares about client outcomes
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
- Excited by the chance to work warm leads from a database our current agents can't even get to
