About the Role

Reliable Nursing is is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NDIS & Aged Care Admin Officer to support the intake process and general administrative operations of our NDIS & Aged Care service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new participant referrals.
  • Liaise with participants, families, and allied professionals to gather relevant documentation & arrange appointments
  • Schedule intake assessments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely preparation of Service Agreements, risk assessments, and participant profiles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Handle emails, and general enquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining participant documentation in line with NDIS & Aged care Practice Standards
  • Essential Criteria
  • Prior experience in an admin/intake or similar role within the disability or community services sector.
  • Knowledge of the Aged care & NDIS framework and participant pathways.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
  • Ability to start ASAP.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Multilingual
  • Understanding of the Aged care & NDIS Practice guideline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
