**Customer service, Admin officer, Freight Allocation**

We are a family owned freight company and in need of a Full Time Customer Service /Administration officer

You will be responsible for:

- Allocating daily pickups to drivers.
- Communication with drivers on pickups and assisting with driver delivery inquiries.
- You will be responsible for following up on freight inquiries. Checking freight and consignment data.
- Additionally you will liaise with floor manager with urgency of freight You will Liaise with drivers and with receivers
- Dealing with freight inquiries

as well as ad-hoc tasks that come up

You will need advanced skills using Microsoft office

We will train to use the Freight software

Great working environment, Family business

Hours 8 am to 5 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Molendinar, QLD 4214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service in logistics enviroment: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
