Based in Darra, QLD, you'll join a small, collaborative team where communication, attention to detail and passion for customers is key.

You'll be responsible for processing orders, providing quotes, offering technical advice, following up on deliveries and liaising with transport companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and provide quotes
  • Offer technical advice and follow up on order deliveries
  • Liaise with transport companies to ensure smooth delivery

What we're looking for?

A focused, driven individual with solid communication skills and an eagerness to learn. You will be a natural problem solver. What you'll need to have:

  • Experience in sales, admin or account management is preferred but we'll train the right person during a 6-month probation.
  • Steel industry knowledge (highly desired)
  • Reliable transport to and from the office.

We'll provide mentoring and support to help you gain knowledge and skills.
