Office Administrator
 to join us at our Picton depot.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, the 
Office Administrator
 plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both management and frontline staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception duties, phone calls, and general office administration
  • Assisting with accounting and bookkeeping duties (experience in Xero or other accounting software is desirable)
  • Maintaining accurate HR and compliance records
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, rosters, and driver communications
  • Assistance in managing charter bookings
  • Managing the 
    School Student Transport Scheme (SSTS)
  • Providing helpful and professional support to parents, schools and the community

About You

You're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything on track. You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in an office administration or support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confidence working with numbers and basic bookkeeping
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist across the team

It's a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry
  • Experience in Xero and other management software
