We're Hiring – Receptionist & All-Rounder Support

We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive person to join our team as the front desk Receptionist at our busy real estate office in the heart of Picton. This role is more than just answering phones – you'll be an essential part of keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our sales and property management teams.

Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role, but if you're a quick learner with a can-do attitude, we're happy to provide training for the right person.

What we're looking for:

  • A friendly, bubbly personality – you're the first face and voice our clients encounter
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable using computers and office software
  • Willingness to help with day-to-day property management tasks and general office duties
  • A quick learner who's happy to jump in and support the team wherever needed
  • Real estate experience or industry knowledge is a bonus

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting clients and answering calls with a professional and welcoming approach
  • Providing general administrative support across the office
  • Assisting with basic property management tasks and coordinating with our team
  • Keeping the front desk and office running smoothly
  • Supporting both the sales and property management departments as an all-round team player

Location: Wiseberry Real Estate Picton – 1/159 Argyle Street, Picton

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm)
