Our friendly and modern dental practice is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while providing a warm and professional welcome to every patient.

About the Role:

As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—both in person and over the phone. You will manage the daily administrative operations of the front office, support the clinical team, and help ensure that every patient leaves with a smile.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients warmly and professionally
  • Schedule and manage appointments using D4W
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
  • Process patient check-ins/check-outs and handle payments
  • Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support the dental team with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure the front office is clean, organised, and welcoming

About You:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical front office (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with dental practice software - D4W
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused
