Most importantly, the work you do as a Learning & Development Content Co-Ordinator—makes a real impact. You'll help contribute to the employee life cycle of our 500+ team members across two brands and an amazing National Support Office.

YOUR ROLE AT THE JEWELLERY GROUP:

The Jewellery Group is a high-growth, Australian company and we have a rare opportunity for a permanent, full-time L&D Content Co-Ordinator based in Perth WA.

As a leader in our brand, you'll be responsible for helping TJG achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. You'll be responsible for leading a team focused on values and performance as we create a seamless end to end employment experience for our people.

• L&D Content Co-Ordination: You will organise a 52 week plan of digital and in-person training sessions, across a calendar, communicated company wide.
• Content Management: Organise and maintain content in our state-of-the-art LMS (Learning Management System)
• Co-ordination and scheduling: Assist in rolling out our training programs with logistics, communications and follow-up
• Quality: Ensure content is consistent in tone, branding and instructional design and is edited before release
• Data & Feedback: Track participation and completion data via LMS and collect learner feedback

ABOUT YOU:

You're a passionate leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment. You bring:

• Content creation skills: All Microsoft office suite for guides, presentations and tracking. Canva and Adobe creative suite for designing engaging materials
• LMS: Extremely proficient with World Manager (Fran Connect) LMS platform including video editing software
• Adaptability: The ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of performance.
• Problem Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and improving processes.
• Resilience: A positive attitude with a growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to learn and improve.
