We are searching for a standout Clinic Co-ordinator / Receptionist who has great customer service skills and is well organised with a can do attitude

About LoveBeauty Skin Clinic: We specialise in treating the skin, achieving exceptional results in all skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, pigmentation, anti aging and general skin health. The continuous education of our team has been paramount to the high level results we have reached with our clients. Offering the latest in advanced technologies and products, our clients are set personalised treatment plans to ensure optimum long term skin health. Along with facial treatments and other beauty services, we focus heavily on creating a "five star customer service" experience that has seen us grow to be one of Perth's leading Skin Clinics. Our goal is to educate as many clients on the importance of whole health on their journeys to individual skin health and to reflect our teachings through our practices, chosen skincare and supplements.

Full-time Position

Location: South Perth

Essential Attributes:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Clear Communication
  • Immaculate Presentation
  • Organisation Skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Clinic Co-ordinator or Receptionist
  • Skin & Beauty Industry Experience would be an advantage.

Job Roles:

Manage client bookings, confirmations and cancelations

Strategise with reports to minimise therapist downtime

Check out & rebook clientele at point of sale

Till & end of day balancing

Responding to email and phone enquiries

Monitoring online store & fulfilling orders

Assisting with the management of stock levels

Supporting therapists where possible

Maintaining front of house cleanliness & aesthetics
