With an impressive global reach, this is a freight forwarder who is proud of their reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
  • Providing quotes to customers, liaising with shipping lines
  • Updating clients regarding order status including delays
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely professional manner
  • Developing ongoing client relationships

What we're looking for:

  • Well developed customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the freight forwarding industry 2+years
  • Ability to provide quotations to customers
  • Excellent communication skills with a highly service orientated approach
  • Must have full working rights within the Australian market
