A full-time opportunity for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator has become available in our close knit Perth office. If you love a challenge, a self-starter, not afraid to pick up the phone, then we want to speak with you

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Advisor, and based in our Burswood office, you will source, attract, and onboard talent to meet the business needs for the remote village operations throughout WA and NT.

About The Role

  • Liaise with Operations and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Shortlisting and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across our WA and NT villages
  • No hesitations to pick up the phone and engage
  • Think creatively, explore and trial new advertising platforms and sourcing strategies to attract the best talent
  • Build strong connections with candidates and maintain open communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Monitor visa status and compliance for current employees
  • Ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for all new and existing personnel in Sirrom.
  • Understanding of the FIFO lifestyle and recruitment challenges within the remote/hospitality/resources sector

About you:

  • Experienced with JobAdder (highly desirable)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of industry-specific roster patterns and hospitality awards
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Exceptional level of interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
