Key responsibilities & duties include:
Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to sell products.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify potential customers through databases, referrals, or follow-up leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, interests, and purchase readiness
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
- Present features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work proactively to maximize sales opportunities and minimize missed leads.
Handling Objections & Closing Sales
- Address customer objections or concerns effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales deals confidently and professionally.
Follow-up & After-Sales Service
- Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, or upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding or delivery process post-sale.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily or weekly sales reports for management.
- Update and maintain databases with accurate sales information.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and legal regulations (e.g., Do Not Call list, privacy laws).
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Team Collaboration
- Work with marketing and customer service teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Share insights from customer interactions to help refine sales strategies.
