Fusion Qld is on the lookout for an experienced, digitally savvy Sales & MarketingCoordinator who's confident juggling customers, campaigns, and CRM systems—all with a smile. This part-time role (3 days per week) is perfect for someone who's switched on, adaptable, and enjoys both the creative and operational sides of sales & marketing.

We're a proudly family-owned national business, supplying products to the plumbing, irrigation, aquaculture and civil industries for over 20 years. Now, as we grow, we're looking for someone in Victoria to help amplify our brand and support our sales engine.

The Role – Fast-Moving, Multi-Faceted & Flexible

You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager and Management team to:

Sales & Customer Support

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries (phone & email)
  • Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Help with quotes, administrational sales tasks and research for sales growth

Marketing Coordination

  • Create and schedule content for social media and email
  • Update our website and sales/technical tools
  • Design marketing assets using Canva (or Adobe if you've got the skills)
  • Assist with campaign rollouts, tracking, and reporting
  • Research opportunities and suggest marketing ideas that drive sales

Admin & Systems

  • Keep sales records and marketing materials up to date
  • Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and our internal systems
  • Provide admin support to the team
What You Bring

We're not after decades of experience, we're after the right mix of smarts, creativity, and common sense. Someone who can think ahead, get things done, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Essential:

  • 1–3 years in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and people skills - comfortable on the phone
  • Confidence using digital tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  • Proficient with Canva and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for detail and great time management

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe tools (Illustrator/InDesign)
  • Familiarity with MYOB, CRM systems, or marketing analytics
  • Industry experience (plumbing, building, B2B sales) is a bonus
