We're excited to be partnering with a leading WA iron ore producer to recruit a Project Administrator for a permanent position on a family-friendly 8 days on / 6 days off roster.

Reporting directly to the Quarry Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of an exciting iron ore start-up project with a long mine life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quarry Manager and site teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, registers, and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client requirements
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
  • Coordinate site-based filing systems and ensure version control of controlled documents
  • Organise mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, including flights, accommodation, and site access
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipting in line with company procedures
  • Support the Quarry Manager with cost tracking and data entry into project systems
  • Collect, verify, and enter employee timesheets accurately for payroll processing
  • Monitor site attendance and leave records
  • Ensure compliance with site labour hours, fatigue management, and roster tracking requirements.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar FIFO Project Administrator role within mining or resources
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
