Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of our dessert menu.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and concepts.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the presentation of desserts meets Lickt's exceptional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Patisserie or equivalent culinary qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional baking or pastry environment.
  • A creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
