Sacca's Fine Foods is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join our growing team.
As a proud, family-owned business known for our fresh produce and friendly service, we're excited to launch our new café/restaurant, featuring a full-service menu, espresso bar, handcrafted cakes, and artisan gelati. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a love for quality and creativity.
About the Role
We're seeking a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to craft a variety of delicious cakes, tarts, biscuits, and desserts. You'll be a key part of our kitchen team, helping to bring our new café vision to life. Early morning shifts and weekend availability are essential.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:
- A formal qualification in Pastry or Baking
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar role
- A passion for pastry and dessert presentation, flavour, and consistency
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent time management and organisation
- A commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
