Completions Coordinator

We are seeking a
Completions Coordinator
with a background in
Quality Engineering
to support and manage the tracking, coordination, and delivery of project completions documentation and activities. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal departments, external stakeholders, and systems such as TeamBinder to ensure accurate and timely completions processes leading up to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor completion deliverables
and progress across multiple departments and disciplines. - Use TeamBinder
to manage correspondence, submissions, and workflow related to completions documentation. - Liaise with Document Controllers
for document registration, control, and timely submissions. - Coordinate with internal departments
(engineering, construction, quality, commissioning, etc.) to support development and progress of completion deliverables. - Respond to Stakeholder Management (SM)
and Independent Certifier (IC) comments and queries regarding completions documentation. - Manage the completions environment in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
to ensure structured data storage, retrieval, and updates. - Support and attend inspections, handover walks,
and site-based verifications with stakeholders. - Prepare monthly progress reports
and maintain accurate records including meeting minutes and action logs. - Assist with asset maintenance information
development and submission to relevant parties or systems. - Contribute to the development and upkeep
of the handover register to track key milestones and turnover packages.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in
Quality Engineering
,
Engineering
,
Project Management
, or a related field. - Certification in document control, completions systems, or project coordination is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in
project completions coordination
, preferably in infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors. - Familiarity with
completions processes, turnover systems,
and
handover procedures
. - Experience using
TeamBinder
,
ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
, or similar document control/completions management systems.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
