About the role:

You will implement and manage a range of sector-focused projects that support the directorate's strategic goals and enhance service delivery and operational performance. This role involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders and contributes to meaningful, community-driven outcomes.

About you:

As well as a passion for supporting communities and building capacity, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in community development, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in program or project support within the community services sector
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with community partners and service providers
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data to support project outcomes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Working with Children Check and a valid driver's license (or ability to obtain)

Please note: Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
