We are a Sydney-based property developer specialising in land subdivisions and medium-density residential projects.

We are looking for a Construction Cadet / Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from design and approvals through to on-site delivery and completion.

In this role, you will work alongside Project Managers and Consultants to assist with coordinating design and documentation across consultants and authorities, supporting tenders, procurement, and subcontractor management, monitoring project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, attending site meetings and assisting with day-to-day coordination, reviewing plans and drawings etc

You should be studying or have recently completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline. A basic understanding of residential or subdivision construction, strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Recent graduates are preferred for this position, students are welcome to apply but please note this a full time position.

We offer exposure to all stages of development and construction, mentorship from senior project managers and engineers, and a clear career pathway into project management.

Must have a valid license & own vehicle.
