We're seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end development projects from concept through to completion. This is a remote, part-time/casual role ideal for a professional who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and results.

About the Role

As the Property Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You'll oversee feasibility assessments, design, approvals, construction, and handover, working closely with key stakeholders to make development concepts a reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of development, from feasibility and design to construction and completion.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and legal professionals to maintain alignment and compliance.
  • Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and support investment decisions.
  • Report regularly on project milestones, budgets, and outcomes.

About You

You're an organised and proactive professional with a proven ability to deliver complex property projects. You balance commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management, thrive in a remote working environment, and bring a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

You'll bring:

  • 5–7 years' experience in property development or project management.
  • Qualifications in construction, business, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of planning approvals, building codes, and development processes.
