About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join our high-performing National Sales Team as a Video Survey Consultant in the Sydney area. Success will come naturally as you leverage our strong brand reputation and sell our quality services and products.
You'll be part of a long standing, highly experienced team that has consistently achieved outstanding results year after year. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, who is committed to supporting your growth, you'll be empowered to make your mark and enjoy the rewards.
In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting video surveys and preparing tailored quotes. Your ability to build rapport and guide clients through the logistics and stress of relocating will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct home inspections via video
- Prepare pricing and proposals that best meet client needs
- Promote our full suite of services to ensure clients receive complete solutions
- Encourage customer feedback as part of our continuous improvement culture
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
About You
Ideally, you'll have experience in sales, but we're also keen to hear from outcome-focused individuals with a passion for customer service. If you can demonstrate a customer-centric, solution-driven approach, that's a strong advantage. This is not a hard-sell role - the key is empathy, professionalism, and respect for our diverse client base.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a high-volume sales role (preferred)
- Ideally located in the Sydney area
- Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and positive with a professional approach
