About the role:

The purpose of the Sales Consultant is to undertake sales of Residential Homes to the public on terms and at prices set by management

In this role, you will be working closely with your Regional Sales Manager to provide solutions to individual client needs

Ensure the appropriate conversion of tenders and facilitate the seamless exchange of contracts.

Your responsibilities will include dynamic selling of Contract and Display Homes, House & Land Packages, preparation of initial estimates for potential clients, and formulating Sales Tender Request.  

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' Sales experience with demonstrated closing capability
  • Run the sales suite/display center and attend the office on agreed days and at agreed times.
  • Knowledge of the Building Industry (highly regarded)
  • To guide buyers through the sales process, to explain any restrictions and to sign up purchasers on Contract of Sale.
  • To promote the key features of our projects & houses to potential purchasers
  • To collect information from purchasers and potential purchasers
  • Have knowledge of council regulation and CDC codes
  • Construction Industry knowledge and experience
  • The ability to provide high levels of customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word & Outlook
