After Sales Support Specialist – Barbeques Galore

At Barbeques Galore, we've been helping Australians fire up unforgettable moments for over 45 years. From BBQs and outdoor furniture to heating and accessories, we're all about bringing people together around the flame.

We're now looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused After Sales Support Specialist to join our team and make a real difference to our customers' experience beyond the sale.


The Role

As our After Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for managing product warranty claims, solving customer challenges, and ensuring every interaction reflects the supportive and trusted brand we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, process, and validate warranty claims in line with company policies and guidelines
  • Communicate with customers, dealers, and service providers on claim status and resolutions
  • Investigate and analyze product issues to determine warranty eligibility
  • Keep accurate documentation of claims, decisions, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight recurring issues and support product improvement
  • Monitor and report on warranty trends to support continuous improvement

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you love solving problems, have a sharp eye for detail, and genuinely care about delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warranty administration, claims management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer-first approach
  • Ability to interpret warranty terms and conditions accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or warranty systems
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple claims at once
