Role Overview (Chef De Partie):

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our established high standard
  • Supervise and train Apprentice kitchen staff
  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in regular wine dinners, masterclasses, and outdoor events
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace

Qualifications (Chef De Partie)

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar medium - high volume establishment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and ingredients
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Role Overview (Sous Chef)

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and execution.
  • Oversee and manage kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Take a hands-on approach in the preparation and cooking of dishes, leading by example.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and culinary techniques.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events, including wine dinners, masterclasses, and outdoor culinary experiences.

Qualifications (Sous Chef)

  • 2 year proven experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a premium restaurant/kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food experiences and a keen interest in wine.
