Luigi's Restaurant Group is seeking experienced and talented Chefs on a casual basis.
We are seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen crews. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for your section (grill, pastry, fish, etc.)
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Manage inventory and stock control for your station
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and specials
- Work with a sense of urgency ,efficiency and accountability.
- We operate in open kitchens, your personal presentation and positive body language is critical for fitting into our culture. ( Fun, Focus, & Fulfillment)
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Experience in Italian cuisine
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Ability to show leadership and use your own initiative
- Have a positive attitude and able to work within a team
- The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Culinary qualification preferred but not essential
- Australian Work Rights - no sponsorship offered
