Luigi's Restaurant Group is seeking experienced and talented Chefs on a casual basis.

We are seeking passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen crews. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for your section (grill, pastry, fish, etc.)
  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and stock control for your station
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and specials
  • Work with a sense of urgency ,efficiency and accountability.
  • We operate in open kitchens, your personal presentation and positive body language is critical for fitting into our culture. ( Fun, Focus, & Fulfillment)

Requirements:

  • Proven 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Experience in Italian cuisine
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Ability to show leadership and use your own initiative
  • Have a positive attitude and able to work within a team
  • The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Culinary qualification preferred but not essential
  • Australian Work Rights - no sponsorship offered
