We are a unique and exciting Italian restaurant with a focus on Northern Italian cuisine and the cicchetterie of Venice.
We are seeking the services of a full time Chef de Partie. Not just for Christmas trading but beyond. Come and be part of the exciting developments.
Our current trading hours are Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner, with plans to expand other sectors of the business. The applicant will be required to work days, nights and weekends over a 5 day week.
Most items are made in house - pasta, bread, pickling, cheese.
You'll be working alongside one of Adelaide's top chefs so this is a great opportunity for an experienced chef who wants to take their career to the next level. Experience in this role and with Italian cuisine and cooking alla brace definitely an advantage.
At Polpo we encourage collaboration so the person we are seeking must be passionate, able to work in a small team, a great communicator, neat and creative.
