Join our team as Administration Officer - Corporate Information and play a key role in delivering an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused records service for Council. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining records in all formats in line with legislation and industry standards, while also supporting staff with training and guidance on best practice. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll ensure timely and accurate document management and help the organisation.
What a typical day will look like;
- Provide a Records Management service that is responsive to all customers requirements.
- Process daily correspondence and document management functions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
- Work collaboratively to maintain and improve all records and information management systems and practices.
- Perform daily administrative tasks required in an efficient manner
What you will bring to the role;
- Administration experience
- Excellent Microsoft Word skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage, plan and organise own work
