We are a leading, high volume food manufacturer in Grange, seeking a talented and experienced production chef to join our dynamic team to assist with our kitchen food production.

You will be responsible for ensuring the consistent preparation of high quality dishes, maintaining strict food safety standards whilst adhering to set kitchen operations to meet production goals

RESPONSIBILITIES

◦ Prepare, cook and portion high quality meals and products

◦ Ensure consistent adherence to recipes and quality standards

◦ Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen standard

◦ Work well in a team environment to achieve weekly production targets

SKILLS REQUIRED

◦ Proven experience as a chef in a production kitchen or high volume environment

◦ Strong culinary skills and passion for food

◦ Excellent organisational and time management skills

◦ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

◦ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
