Are you a passionate and versatile chef ready to work in one of South Australia's most iconic venues? The Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC) is seeking Casual Chefs to join our talented kitchen team. This is your opportunity to work with some of the state's most experienced and highly regarded chefs in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.

About the Role

As a Casual Chef, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, contributing to large-scale events and banquets. We're looking for versatile all-rounders with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including peak service times, is essential.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (trade qualification highly regarded).
• Proven experience in high-volume food production within quality establishments.
• A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work across hot, cold larder, and pastry sections.
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Protocols with a strong commitment to compliance.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent availability and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends across a 7-day roster.
