What Your Days Could Look Like:

  • Supporting the sales team from listing to settlement
  • Preparing contracts, sales documents, and marketing material
  • Coordinating open homes, client meetings, and inspections
  • Proof and approve property marketing materials
  • Book and manage advertising across print and digital platforms
  • Managing communication between clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining online property listings
  • Tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics
  • Assisting with post-sale admin and compliance
  • Coordinating photo shoots, signage, floorplans, and property campaigns
  • Preparing brochures, signboards, and online marketing collateral

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

• Previous experience in real estate sales admin or office coordination - a must

• A current QLD Certificate of Registration

• Strong time management and clear communication

• Confidence working with CRMs, property platforms, and contracts

• A calm, proactive attitude and attention to detail

• A genuine passion for supporting a busy, high-trust team environment
