Our client is one of Australia's largest privately-owned forklift and access equipment companies.

You will be responsible for providing excellent Administration Support to the Internal Sales team to sustain and promote outstanding customer relationships offering your expertise in the day to administrative duties. There is an opportunity to progress with the company with the sales team in the future.

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Receiving internal casual hire calls from customers and generating the appropriate documentation.
- Assisting on handling all access hiring equipment enquiries
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing customers and those on the pipeline to facilitate development and execution of tailored CVP for each customer.
- Analyse available data to provide insights about existing and potential customers and to aid decision making on leads.
- Assisting with machine allocation ensuring all customer orders have been fulfilled
- Checking on Daily Hires status
- Ensure follow up with customers and provide the appropriate sales information
- Timely completion of all reporting requirements
- Follow Access Policy and procedures to support achievement access hire targets
- Provide constructive feedback to the Access Rental Manager on the performance of client development.
- Ensure submission of enquiries, quote, demos to Access Rental Manager on a weekly report
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Initiating interpersonal communication with clients to establish business relationships
- Finding and developing new markets and improving casual hire client base
- Maintain an efficient filing system for all customer accounts
- Dealing with customers direct after hours as required
- Obtain purchase orders as required
