Their work spans everything from CCTV and access control systems to AI-driven surveillance, monitoring, and smart building technology, helping clients protect assets, people, and infrastructure nationwide.
With continued expansion across Queensland and interstate, they're now strengthening their internal business operations and seeking a capable Sales Solutions Administrator to support their growing business development team at their Gold Coast office.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing relationships with partner and end-user accounts to understand their needs and deliver first-class service.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries, streamline processes, and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Preparing accurate quotes, estimates, and purchase orders to support seamless project delivery.
- Staying across new product releases and market trends to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Conducting proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Working with marketing and product teams to identify improvements and contribute to ongoing business growth.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Experience in an administrative or client support position, ideally within a fast-paced or sales-driven environment.
- Confidence working with CRM and SAP platforms, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with professionalism and emotional intelligence when engaging clients.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused mindset with a positive approach to teamwork.
